Mindfulness is an integral part of my life.With a perfect blend of the east with the west I have used Louise L Hays philosophy to give language to the insights I received in the silent practice of meditation .I discovered and experienced the magic of love,the power of forgiveness.I could establish the mind, body,spirit connection,use simple tools for healing and above all the generosity to share and give away what I have received in all my years of learning and training!
