Performance stress, until I found EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), has always intimidated me.
That job interview, my appraisals or even my son getting promoted to the 10th grade, used to switch on my panic button sending me into overdrive.
As funny as it sounds, I always developed loose motions as a reaction to stress and always had to visit the bathroom several times at these junctures in life. The realisation that this was just a panic reaction, was an eye opener that led me to research and practise how I could not only eliminate stress, but the symptoms as well.
